1. Your purchase
This license applies to the Finality Core Kit files supplied with a valid Personal or Team purchase. Your purchase receipt identifies the license tier. Possession of a copy without a valid license does not grant these permissions.
2. Personal and Team scope
A Personal license covers one individual. A Team license covers one organization and up to ten active editors working for that organization, including contractors. An editor is a person who accesses or modifies the reusable design files, source components or copy catalog. End users of your finished products do not count as editors. Both tiers include the same files. Team is one shared organization license, not ten separate Personal licenses. The organization manages editor access; this kit does not count local Figma or source-code users or provide seat management.
3. Permitted use
Within your license scope, you may copy, modify and use the kit in any number of your own or your clients' commercial and non-commercial end products. You may ship compiled or bundled runtime code, including browser JavaScript, and rendered interface designs as part of those end products. Their end users may use those products without buying this kit. You may keep private working copies and backups, and share source within your licensed team.
4. Source distribution
You may not publish, resell, sublicense or redistribute the kit or modified reusable assets as a UI kit, template, component library, design resource, source download or competing standalone asset collection. Do not place the reusable source in a public repository. A client or collaborator who needs the reusable source outside your license scope must obtain their own license. This restriction does not prohibit distributing runtime code embedded in a finished end product as allowed in section 3.
5. Purchased version and updates
You may continue using the purchased version indefinitely under this license. Your purchase includes Core Kit package updates released within twelve calendar months of the verified purchase date. Eligibility follows the release date, not the date you download the update: included versions remain eligible for download after that window and may be used indefinitely. There is no automatic renewal or recurring payment. Future separate products or custom integration work are not included. Keep your receipt and a local backup.
6. Ownership and third-party material
You retain ownership of your own work. This license does not transfer ownership of the kit. Separately identified third-party code retains its own license. The separate Finality free starter keeps its published MIT/CC BY terms; this commercial license does not remove rights already granted for that starter.
7. Integration responsibility
The kit provides interface components, copy and an example integration. Test your application's wallet, network, receipt and recovery behavior before use. A transfer confirmation in the UI is not a merchant order or delivery record. The kit is supplied as available, without a promise of uninterrupted external wallet or network services. Nothing here limits rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow to be limited.
8. Purchase assistance

Do not send a seed phrase, wallet private key or browser recovery key. Refund and privacy information is available on the website's purchase pages; this license does not replace those purchase terms. The supplied PURCHASE-TERMS.txt describes access, support and refunds. After a full refund, the refunded purchase grants no license for new uses of the kit.
