Support and refunds.
Keep your order ID and the wallet that paid. Recover access to your files without making another payment.
Files and license
Personal and Team include the same Core files. Personal covers one individual; Team covers one organization with up to ten active editors, including its contractors. See LICENSE.txt for permitted use and source-sharing restrictions. This is a downloadable kit, not a hosted Figma workspace or seat-management service. Your organization manages access to its private copies.
Access and updates
After payment verification, download the purchased archive from your order. Keep the archive and order receipt. A download link is temporary and single-use; you can request another from the same eligible order without paying again. Use your order ID and original paying wallet to recover browser access. Recovery requires a message signature, not another payment.
You may keep using purchased and included versions under the license. Twelve calendar months means Core package updates released within twelve months of the verified purchase date, not twelve months of access to your local files. Included versions remain eligible after that date. There is no automatic renewal, scheduled update-frequency promise or recurring payment.
Support
Email Finality support with your order ID and a clear description of the problem. For a payment issue, include the transaction ID. For a kit defect, include the kit version, relevant environment and steps to reproduce it. Help covers purchase, downloads, license questions and defects in the supplied kit. Custom design, integration work and debugging a buyer's application are not included. Requests are handled as capacity permits; no response-time or resolution-time commitment is offered. The twelve-month update window is not a support service-level agreement. Purchase-access and refund questions can still be submitted after it expires.
Refund eligibility
We offer a full refund for a verified duplicate payment, purchased files we cannot supply, the wrong package that we cannot replace with the purchased package, or a substantial reproducible defect that prevents the documented use and that we cannot correct. We may first offer the correct files or a fix. Other requests are considered individually; there is no general change-of-mind guarantee. These voluntary terms do not limit mandatory withdrawal, defect or other remedies under applicable law. Downloading alone is not treated as a waiver of mandatory rights.
Requesting and receiving a refund
Use the support address above and state that you are requesting a refund. Include the order ID, transaction ID and reason. We check the purchase and may ask for proof that you control its paying wallet. Never send a seed phrase, private key, wallet password or browser recovery key. No extra payment is required to request support or a refund.
An approved full refund is a separate native-USDC transfer on the original network to the original paying address. It returns the price paid in USDC, not a conversion based on a later exchange rate. We pay the refund transfer's network fee; the original network fee is separate from the kit price, without limiting any reimbursement required by law. If return to the original address is impossible, agree a verified alternative with support; never send funds based solely on an unsolicited address-change message.
After the refund transfer is verified, further downloads and updates for that purchase are disabled. A refunded purchase does not license new uses of the kit. If we return only an extra duplicate payment, the original paid purchase and its license remain valid; only a separately refunded duplicate order loses its access. We cannot remotely delete previously downloaded copies or change public blockchain history. Applicable rights and the separately licensed free starter are unaffected. Keep the refund transaction ID with your order records.
