Your visit and purchase

Privacy

Finality UX Kit uses purchase records to verify payment and maintain access to your files.

Purchase information

A purchase records your order ID, public wallet address, license, amount, network, transaction ID, version and verification times. An access-key hash protects access. Wallet signatures establish control of the paying address. We do not request or hold wallet private keys or seed phrases.

Blockchain transactions and addresses are public on their network. Connecting a wallet does not make an existing blockchain record private.

Site usage

We record page openings, navigation and button actions, state selections, scroll and visible-time thresholds, broad loading-speed categories and error categories. Records contain a timestamp, page and control name, placement, broad source and referring-site category, country estimate, device, browser and operating-system family, language and screen-width category. These help us understand which pages are useful, where purchases encounter problems and how the site performs.

Usage records do not contain entered text, wallet addresses, order IDs, signatures, access keys, full URLs, raw user-agent strings or IP addresses. We do not create a persistent analytics visitor identifier or set analytics cookies. A page opening is not an identified person, and country estimates can be affected by VPNs and network routing. Hosting services may also provide aggregate traffic and performance statistics.

Connection and security records

Our separate restricted service log records source and delivery-network IP addresses, time, a normalized route category, method, response status, duration, country estimate and automated-traffic classification. It helps diagnose connection failures and investigate abuse. Queries, URL fragments, request bodies, authorization headers, cookies and form contents are excluded. Records cover requests reaching our service; a blocked or failed connection may not appear.

Information in your browser

The purchase page saves its order and access key locally so you can continue after reloading. Saved order history helps you find previous purchases. Clearing browser storage removes those local records; you can recover a recorded purchase using its order ID and original wallet. An optional operator-exclusion preference is stored only when explicitly requested, and lasts until site data is cleared or that preference is removed.

Retention

Product usage records and daily totals are retained until manual deletion for longer-term comparison. Detailed usage storage is capped at one million records; after capacity is reached, daily totals may continue while further detailed records are dropped. Detailed connection records are retained for up to 180 days and at most 200,000 records, so volume limits can shorten that period. Reports expose collection limits; they are not a complete history of every person or action.

Unsigned unpaid drafts are removed thirty days after their payment window ends. Expired download and recovery tokens are removed within about twenty-five hours after expiry; operational purchase events are kept for up to ninety days, with a volume limit. Paid purchases, authorized unresolved requests, verification and refund records support ongoing license access and dispute handling. Encrypted recovery backups can contain earlier records and are restricted to service recovery.

Service, support and requests

If you email support, your message and address are used to answer your request. Hosting, network delivery, backup and mail services process information needed to provide these functions. We do not sell usage information or use it for advertising profiles.

Contact Finality support about access, correction, objection or deletion of information associated with your visit or purchase. We may need to verify your request. Public blockchain records cannot be removed by this service. Your downloaded files remain usable under their license.
